Added new pages for the Saratoga Team, including the organizing team, the consulting team, and those who have made public statements of support.

Added a new function - "Tell Your Friends!" for easy email referring to notify others who may have an interest in this site.

Added a link to Veteran Net on the Saratoga Links page.
Added scrolling message to the bottom of the home page - this will be visible on contemporary versions of Netscape and Explorer, but will have no impact on older browsers. The message highlights the Saratoga Guestbook - one of the more intriguing pages on this web site.
