On 5 February 2001, Tom Laliberte shot some pierside images of SARATOGA, along with FORRESTAL and IOWA. All three ships were moored at Naval Station Newport at the time. IOWA is no longer here - she has since departed for the west coast for possible use in another naval ship musuem.
